Green Day's concert at Comerica Park in Detroit was abruptly halted on September 4, 2024, after an unauthorized drone was spotted hovering over the venue. The band was performing 'Longview' when stage crew members signaled them to leave the stage, leading to a roughly 10-minute interruption. The Detroit Police Department detained the individual responsible for the drone outside the venue. Upon their return, frontman Billie Joe Armstrong reassured the nearly 41,000 fans, saying, 'There ain't no motherf**ker that's gonna stop us.'
