Mercedes Javid Files Divorce, Seeks Sole Custody

Reality star Mercedes “MJ” Javid filed for divorce from husband Tommy Feight in Los Angeles on Oct. 17, 2025, ending a marriage that began in 2018. She asked the court to terminate spousal support for both parties and requested sole physical and legal custody of their 6-year-old son, Shams, while proposing visitation for Feight (Tuesdays after school to Wednesday at 5 p.m. and Sundays 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The petition details exchange logistics—at the child’s school or curbside at Javid’s workplace when school is not in session—and seeks written permission or a court order before Feight may take the child out of California or the United States.
