Paddington in Peru Set for 2025 Release

The beloved Paddington Bear will return to the big screen in 'Paddington in Peru', set for release in the UK on November 8, 2024, and in the US on January 17, 2025. This third installment, directed by Dougal Wilson, will see Paddington (voiced by Ben Whishaw) embark on an adventure to reunite with his Aunt Lucy, who has gone missing from the Home for Retired Bears, run by Reverend Mother (Olivia Colman). The latest trailers reveal flashbacks of baby Paddington and show the bear's journey through the Amazon rainforest alongside the Brown family. Notably, the film introduces a new cast member, Carla Tous, replacing Rachel Zegler, and Emily Mortimer stepping in for Sally Hawkins as Mrs. Brown. In celebration of Paddington's cinematic return, a statue trail featuring over 20 Paddington Bear statues will launch across the UK. The film promises to maintain the heartwarming charm of its predecessors, continuing the legacy of the beloved character created by Michael Bond.
