Various schools across the United States are recognizing students for their exceptional achievements in academics, leadership, and community service. Nadia Davis from Jackson-Tougaloo Early College High School and Lindan Garner from Jackson Prep are among the nominees for Jackson Metro Student of the Week. Elizabeth Pilar-Hernandez from Savannah High School won the Savannah Morning News Student of the Week for her extensive involvement in school and community activities. Mallory Watt from Princeton Community High School received the Courier & Press Student of the Week title for her entrepreneurial and athletic accomplishments. Aaliyah Walski from Springfield Public Schools' Study Alternative Education Center was named Student of the Week for her leadership and academic dedication. Lastly, Dalia Sweis, a 6th grader at Noonan Elementary Academy, was selected as Standout Student for her positive attitude and academic enthusiasm.
