Tilray Brands has announced a definitive agreement to acquire four craft breweries from Molson Coors Beverage Company, namely Hop Valley Brewing Company, Terrapin Beer Co., Revolver Brewing, and Atwater Brewery. This acquisition is expected to grow Tilray's beer-buying accounts by 30% and enhance its standing as a leading craft brewer in key markets such as the Pacific Northwest, Texas, and Michigan. The deal aligns with Molson Coors' strategy to focus on high-growth segments, while allowing Tilray to further diversify its portfolio, which already includes brands acquired from Anheuser-Busch.
