The Office Spinoff The Paper Premieres September on Peacock

Peacock is set to premiere The Paper, a new mockumentary comedy spinoff of The Office, this September. Created by Greg Daniels and Michael Koman, the series follows the documentary crew as they shift their focus from Dunder Mifflin to a struggling Midwestern newspaper called The Truth Teller in Toledo, Ohio. Domhnall Gleeson stars as an idealistic new employee determined to revive the newspaper, joined by original Office cast member Oscar Nuñez, who reprises his role as an accountant now working at the paper, and Sabrina Impacciatore as the managing editor. The show employs much of the same crew from The Office and focuses on underdog characters banding together to keep journalism alive under tight budget constraints.
