Big Bang Theory Spinoff to Stream on Max

The upcoming spin-off of The Big Bang Theory has been titled 'Stuart Fails to Save the Universe,' focusing on the character Stuart Bloom, portrayed by Kevin Sussman. Known for his unfortunate luck as the comic book store owner in the original series, Stuart will lead the new series alongside returning characters Denise (Lauren Lapkus), Bert (Brian Posehn), and Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie). The spin-off, still awaiting an official green light, will stream on Max and is being developed by Big Bang co-creators Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, along with Zak Penn. This marks the third spin-off in the franchise following 'Young Sheldon' and 'Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage.' While plot details are sparse, the title suggests that Stuart's streak of misfortune will continue, maintaining the comedic tone of the original series.
