Oklahoma Governor Stitt Appoints Three Key Officials Ahead of Administration's Final Year

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has strengthened his administration with three key appointments as he enters the final year and a half of his term. Dustin Hilliary, a business leader with a background in broadband and media, was named Senior Advisor, tasked with negotiation and legislative liaison duties. David Ostrowe, returning to government after leading digital transformation efforts and managing successful business ventures, was appointed Chief Operating Officer to oversee cabinet coordination and agency support. Donelle Harder, with extensive experience in public affairs, policy strategy, and previous roles within Stitt's administration, was named Secretary of State effective October 1. These appointments come after recent resignations of top officials and aim to bolster leadership and operational excellence to continue advancing Stitt's agenda.
