Ravens Re-Sign Veteran Yannick Ngakoue

The Baltimore Ravens are re-signing veteran edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue, who last played for the team in 2020. Ngakoue, 29, has amassed 69 career sacks and joins Baltimore after a stint with the Chicago Bears in 2023, where he recorded 22 tackles and four sacks before a season-ending ankle injury. This move comes as the Ravens aim to improve their pass rush, which despite having 10 sacks, ranks poorly in quarterback pressure rates. The Ravens' defense has struggled, particularly against the pass, and Ngakoue's addition is expected to bolster their defensive line.
