Director TJ Gnanavel, known for his critically acclaimed film Jai Bhim, is set to helm 'Dosa King,' a film inspired by the rise and fall of Saravana Bhavan founder P Rajagopal. The film, written by Gnanavel and Hemanth Rao, will focus on the legal clash between Rajagopal and Jeevajothi, the daughter of a former employee whose husband was murdered by Rajagopal. 'Dosa King' will explore the crime and thriller aspects of the narrative and aims to uncover untold details of the 18-year legal battle that led to Rajagopal's conviction. Junglee Pictures, which has acquired the exclusive life rights of Jeevajothi Santhakumar, will produce the film. The production will commence after the release of Gnanavel's current project 'Vettaiyan,' starring Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, and Fahadh Faasil.
