Sam Fender has been forced to cancel his upcoming performances in Glasgow and Newcastle after being diagnosed with a haemorrhaged vocal cord, following a bout of flu. He expressed his heartbreak in a social media post, revealing that two ENT doctors advised him against performing to avoid potential lasting damage to his voice. Despite his efforts to recover and deliver a great show, he was unable to continue with his 'People Watching' tour. Fender reassured fans that his team is working on rescheduling the cancelled dates and emphasized his disappointment, as he described this tour as his best yet. He remains committed to his fans and plans to donate £1 from each ticket sold to support grassroots music venues. The singer's new album, 'People Watching', is set for release on February 21, 2025.
