ACC Wrestling Teams Dominate Rankings with Championship Plans

The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is experiencing a strong wrestling season, with five of its teams ranked in the NWCA Division I Wrestling Coaches Poll, led by NC State at No. 6. A total of 48 ACC wrestlers are featured in individual rankings, including Virginia Tech's Caleb Henson holding the No. 1 spot in the 149-pound weight class. The ACC will host its Friday Night Duals starting January 24, showcasing competitive matchups over five weeks on ACC Network. Additionally, Stanford's EJ Parco was named Wrestler of the Week, highlighting individual achievements in the league. Tickets for the 2025 ACC Wrestling Championship, scheduled for March 9 at Duke University, are now available for purchase. The conference continues to expand its wrestling programs, now totaling seven schools with dedicated wrestling teams.
