Multiple US Communities Offer Free Thanksgiving Meals To Residents In Need

Several communities across the United States are organizing free Thanksgiving meals to support those in need this holiday season. In Wisconsin, multiple organizations including Repairers of the Breach in Milwaukee and Lakeview Lutheran Church in Madison are providing free to-go and dine-in meals with traditional dishes. Fayette County, West Virginia, offers a Community Thanksgiving Meal Program where residents can reserve free hot meals for pickup on Thanksgiving Day, with orders required by October 31. The Philbeck Foundation in Monroe is distributing holiday meal boxes containing turkey, ham, sides, and desserts to help restore dignity to struggling families. In Maryland, the 13th Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner will deliver free meals to residents of Harford and Cecil counties, with volunteers needed to assist. Additionally, Newburgh, Indiana, is launching its first annual free community Thanksgiving dinner, collecting food and financial donations to ensure no neighbor goes without a warm holiday meal.
