Princess Cruises Partners with ACM for Concert Series

Princess Cruises is set to launch a concert series in partnership with the Academy of Country Music, featuring live performances from emerging country stars aboard the Regal Princess during Caribbean voyages from Galveston, Texas, from February 9 to March 17, 2025. The 'ACM Live from the Red Barrel Lounge' series will showcase artists such as Kameron Marlowe, Tigirlily Gold, and Chapel Hart, among others, who will perform two 45-minute concerts and engage with guests through Meet & Greet sessions. This initiative aims to enhance the cruise experience by combining travel with intimate musical performances, allowing passengers to connect with the artists personally. The Regal Princess, accommodating nearly 1,000 guests in the Princess Theater, offers a unique platform for these performances, further elevating the intersection of music and leisure travel. Becky Thomson Foley, Head of Global Entertainment for Princess Cruises, expressed excitement about the partnership, noting the significance of country music to many cruise guests. This venture marks a growing trend in the cruise industry to incorporate live entertainment into travel itineraries.
