Owner Jorgie Ramos, who also owns Cebada Rooftop, is repurposing Bar Bella's space by temporarily suspending its tapas and barbecue menu while bringing back the Abi Maria back bar bites menu. Meanwhile, in New York's Greenwich Village, Little Charli pizzeria offers Italian-style pizzas cooked in a woodfire oven, with popular options including margherita, snow white, diablo, and a one-meter-long 'godfather' pie. Chef Salvatore Olivella emphasizes his dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, continuing his family's pizza legacy from Italy. Both pizzerias highlight a focus on artisanal, passion-driven pizza experiences, catering to local tastes and community vibes.
