Halsey OK After Boston ER Visit, Will Perform

Halsey spent the night in the emergency room after the first of two MGM Music Hall shows in Boston following what she called a “minor medical emergency.” She said she was in the ER until 6 a.m., described herself as “A‑Okay,” plans to perform the second show, and warned fans she may need to pace herself during the concert. Halsey publicly thanked Massachusetts General Hospital staff and specific caregivers for their care but did not disclose the cause of the emergency. The episode follows her previously disclosed diagnoses of lupus and a rare T‑cell lymphoproliferative disorder and recent chemotherapy sessions. She is on the Back to Badlands tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of her debut album Badlands, with North American dates through mid‑November and additional shows planned in the U.K., Europe and Australia.
