Caddo Lake Thriller to Premiere October 10

The Max original film 'Caddo Lake,' produced by M. Night Shyamalan, is set to premiere on October 10. The thriller, directed and written by Celine Held and Logan George, follows the mysterious disappearance of an eight-year-old girl, which links to a series of past deaths and alter the history of a broken family. The film was inspired by a photograph of the real Caddo Lake, located on the Texas-Louisiana border, and was filmed in Karnak, Texas, during late 2021 and 2022. Starring Dylan O’Brien, Eliza Scanlen, and Lauren Ambrose, 'Caddo Lake' explores deep themes of loss and family. The project is part of Shyamalan's continued collaboration with new storytellers after his successful series 'Servant.' This film marks a new venture for the filmmakers following their debut with 'Topside' in 2020.
