ASM Global Partners with Music Venue Trust in UK

ASM Global is expanding its partnership with the Music Venue Trust (MVT) to support grassroots music venues across the UK, starting in December. The initiative will raise awareness and funds to ensure the survival of these venues, which are crucial for developing future music talent. ASM Global has already provided support through health and safety training, marketing assistance, and donations of equipment, while also launching the first arena donation campaign in collaboration with Enter Shikari. As part of the campaign, ASM venues will allow patrons to donate directly at bars and through ticket purchases. This effort comes amid increasing pressure on smaller venues, which have faced significant challenges in recent years, including the closure of 125 grassroots venues in 2023 alone. The partnership underscores the essential role of grassroots venues in the UK's live music ecosystem.
