The Miami Dolphins have made several roster changes, including placing quarterback Tyler Huntley on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury. In response, the team signed quarterback C.J. Beathard and wide receiver Tarik Black to their practice squad, while also promoting wide receiver Dee Eskridge to the active roster. Eskridge replaces Braxton Berrios, who is also on injured reserve with a knee injury. Beathard, previously with the Jacksonville Jaguars, joins the Dolphins amid a quarterback shuffle with Tua Tagovailoa expected to return from injured reserve soon. The Dolphins currently rank last in the NFL for scoring, averaging just 11.7 points per game this season. Additionally, the team released rookie tight end Hayden Rucci to make space for the new signings.
