Meanwhile, in Portland, 18-year-old Damani Anderson was charged with raping and robbing a woman he met on Tinder. Anderson allegedly assaulted the victim at gunpoint after luring her to an abandoned building. Portland police suspect there may be more victims and have asked the public for information.
