Demolition Completed at Southend Meadow Grange Site

The Meadow Grange development in Southend-on-Sea, which was slated for 131 homes, has been entirely demolished after standing unfinished for over a year due to the contractor Ilke Homes going into administration. Meanwhile, other housing developments are underway, including a proposal for nine homes on a demolition yard in Ryde and a major redevelopment in Wolverhampton involving 205 outdated properties to be replaced with 188 energy-efficient homes.
