Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame Announces 2025 Inductees
The Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2025, which includes seven new inductees across various categories. Notably, this year's class features the first-ever individual inductees from rugby and water polo, with Julie Foster and Noah Miller being recognized for their achievements. Additionally, Klara Kesmarky Miller and her son Noah Miller will make history as the first mother-son duo to be inducted individually in the same year. Among other inductees are the late Brad Hornung, recognized for his contributions to hockey despite a tragic injury, and two championship teams: the 1997 and 1998 Regina Rams football teams and the 1978 and 1980 Saskatoon Harmony Centre women’s softball teams. The induction ceremony is set to take place on September 20, 2025, in Regina, bringing the total number of inductees to 561. The announcement highlights the growing recognition of diverse sports within the Hall of Fame.
