B Sai Sudharsan achieved his maiden first-class double century, remaining unbeaten on 202, as Tamil Nadu posted a commanding 379 for 1 against Delhi in their Ranji Trophy match. Sudharsan's innings included a 168-run opening partnership with N Jagadeesan (65) and an unbroken 211-run stand with Washington Sundar (96 not out). Despite Delhi's bowlers initially posing a challenge, Sudharsan capitalized on mediocre spin bowling later in the game.
