High School Athletes Shine in Spring Sports Events

High school athletes across the United States showcased outstanding performances in a variety of spring sports events last week. Iowa anticipates the upcoming Drake Relays, which will bring together elite high school, college, and professional track and field athletes. Berkeley County competitors achieved multiple podium finishes at the All-American Track Classic in South Carolina, including strong pole vault results. The Mountain Home junior high girls' team secured the team title at Arkansas's Junior Goblin Rosson Invitational, led by Eliana Pepin and Makenna Miller. In New Hampshire, athletes like Nicolas Oglesby and Hannah Pawlowski dominated several track events, and relay teams also posted strong results. Additionally, Pikes Peak region athletes in Colorado excelled in golf, soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse, highlighting the breadth of spring sports talent.
