Daniel Tatters, 25, from Basford, Stoke-on-Trent, has been charged with murder, four counts of attempted murder, and one count of arson with intent to endanger life following a house fire in Wolverhampton that occurred on June 25. The fire, which took place on Plascom Road, resulted in the death of 26-year-old Akashdeep Singh and left several others seriously injured. Tatters is the second individual charged in relation to this incident, with another man, Dale Francis, 36, having been charged earlier and scheduled for a court hearing on October 11. Tatters is remanded in custody and appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on September 21. West Midlands Police are offering a £20,000 reward for information leading to further arrests or convictions related to the fire. Investigators emphasize that only anonymous tips submitted through Crimestoppers will qualify for the reward.
