Multiple US, Canada Outdoor Pools Reopen After Repairs, Maintenance

Several outdoor pools across different cities have recently opened or are reopening after maintenance or repairs. Buffalo's outdoor pools officially opened for the season on Tuesday and will remain open through Labor Day. The Morris City Pool reopened after repairs to its pump, with specific operating hours throughout the week. London's Byron outdoor pool reopened after a storm damaged its pumping system, with all outdoor pools and wading pools in the city now open seven days a week, offering various aquatic programs. In Elgin, the Wing Park Family Aquatic Center was temporarily closed due to missing screws on the pool's main drain covers, with repairs expected to take several days before reopening around July 5. Meanwhile, the Herkimer Pool also opened for the season, operating daily from noon to 5 p.m.
