Shah emphasized that efforts to revive terrorism would be thwarted and that Article 370, which granted special autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir, is now a part of history and will not be reinstated. He criticized the National Conference-Congress (NC-Congress) alliance for promising to restore Article 370 and accused them of nurturing terrorism in the past. Shah assured that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, terrorism would be buried so deep that it could never resurface. He also highlighted BJP's measures to strengthen security, including arming village defense guards with modern weapons. Shah's visit marked his second campaign trip to Jammu within two weeks, underscoring the significance of the upcoming assembly elections.
