Vegan Cult Leader Arrested in Connection with Six Deaths

LaSota and Zajko face multiple charges, including trespassing and obstruction of justice, while another member, Teresa Youngblut, is accused of murder in connection with the shootout that killed Maland. The Zizians, comprised of individuals mostly in their 20s and 30s, reportedly gathered online to discuss radical views on veganism, gender identity, and artificial intelligence. LaSota has been described as having published violent content online and has previously criticized rationalist groups discussing AI. The arrests follow a series of violent incidents linked to the group, raising concerns about their radical ideology.
