Tishaa Kumar, daughter of T-Series co-owner Krishan Kumar, passed away on July 18, 2024, at the age of 20 after a prolonged battle with cancer. Her funeral in Mumbai was attended by numerous Bollywood celebrities, including Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Farhan Akhtar, and Riteish Deshmukh, who came to pay their respects. Krishan Kumar and his family requested privacy during this challenging time. Tishaa, known for her reserved nature, made few public appearances, with her last being at the premiere of 'Animal' in November 2023. Krishan Kumar, an actor and producer, has been a pivotal figure at T-Series post the death of its founder, Gulshan Kumar. The family and close friends, including Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khosla, were visibly emotional during the last rites.
