Changan launches eight electric models in Europe by 2027

Changan Automobile has officially entered the European market, showcasing its electric SUV, the Deepal S07, during a brand launch event in Mainz, Germany. The company plans to introduce nine new models across its three brands—Changan, Deepal, and Avatr—by the end of 2025, aiming for a presence in at least ten European markets by 2028. This strategic expansion includes plans to build over 1,000 sales and service outlets, enhance local R&D, and employ over 1,000 local staff under its 'In Europe, For Europe' initiative. The first model, Deepal S07, will be available starting in April in select countries, with additional models following throughout the year. Changan's commitment to sustainability and intelligent mobility is reflected in their extensive investment in local partnerships and operations.
