BrightCHAMPS Acquires Edjust for Global Expansion

BrightCHAMPS, a global edtech platform, has acquired the Indian K12 education marketplace Edjust in a cash-and-stock deal, marking its fourth acquisition since 2020. Founded in 2022, Edjust utilizes AI and human emotional intelligence to streamline sales processes by reaching out to parents interested in edtech products. Post-acquisition, Edjust's founders will refine their sales model and expand their parent networks across 30 countries, focusing on delivering learning in key academic subjects like Maths and Science. The integration of immersive digital experiences, including AR and VR, aims to provide prospective students and their parents with a comprehensive understanding of their learning journeys. Ravi Bhushan, CEO of BrightCHAMPS, emphasized the acquisition as a strategic move to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure sustainable growth. BrightCHAMPS continues to expand its offerings, which include online programming and AI courses for children aged 6-16.
