Luke Worley Loses Unfair Dismissal Case Against EE

Luke Worley, a star from 'Married At First Sight', lost his case against EE after being dismissed for taking unauthorized leave to film the reality show 'The Language of Love'. Despite claiming unfair dismissal and citing a misunderstanding due to his dyslexia, an employment tribunal ruled against him, stating he had no legitimate reason for his absence. The judge highlighted that his dyslexia was based on a non-medical report, and he failed to provide substantial evidence of his condition. Worley had initially booked time off for a busy period at EE but proceeded to go to Spain after his request was denied. Upon his return, he was informed of his termination due to being 'AWOL'. His claims of discrimination and breach of contract were also dismissed by the tribunal.
