St. Cloud Serial Assault Suspect Held for March Court

Rakai Eugene Davis, an 18-year-old from St. Paul, has been arrested in St. Cloud, Minnesota, in connection with multiple sexual assaults dating back to 2023. Authorities classified Davis as a 'high risk to public safety' and linked him to at least three cases using DNA evidence, with one incident occurring when he was a minor. The assaults, all occurring in the same neighborhood, involved Davis allegedly using a weapon. He has been charged with multiple counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and is currently held at the Ramsey County Juvenile Detention Center. Investigators are urging any additional victims to come forward. Davis' next court appearance is scheduled for late March.
