Mother, Uncle Charged After Toddler Found Alone Greensboro

On August 8, 2025, a young girl between 2 and 4 years old was found walking alone and barefoot in the Crown Mobile Home Park in Greensboro, North Carolina. The child, nonverbal but understanding Spanish, was wearing a denim jumpsuit with the word 'Love' on the front. Following an investigation, misdemeanor child abuse warrants were issued for the girl's mother, 34-year-old Natali Suarez, and her uncle, 25-year-old Gabriel Suarez. Gabriel was arrested with assistance from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and is held on a $2,500 bond, while Natali turned herself in and was released on a written promise to appear. The child was reunited with her parents, and Guilford County Child Protective Services was involved to ensure her safety. Authorities continue to seek information from the public to support their investigation.
