Tonawanda and Danbury Men Plead Guilty to Child Exploitation

Michael E. Swain of Tonawanda, NY, pleaded guilty to production of child pornography, facing 15 to 30 years in prison for coercing minors via Discord to send sexually explicit content. Swain manipulated at least five minors, including a 14-year-old Colorado girl, with threats to release the images to their families. Enrique Paulo Pucha-Jimenez of Danbury, CT, admitted to producing child pornography by recording his abuse of a minor girl over three years and faces 15 to 30 years in prison. Ulver Roblero Deleon of Bridgeton, NJ, was sentenced to five years in prison for sexually assaulting a child.
