Nicole Clemens Joins Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios to Lead International Originals Across 20+ Countries

Nicole Clemens has been appointed as Vice President and Head of International Originals for Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, effective July 7. She will oversee the development and production of original movies and series across more than 20 territories worldwide, managing teams in regions including Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, North Africa, Canada, and Australia. Clemens previously served as president of Paramount Television Studios and president of original scripted series for Paramount+, where she led successful global hits such as Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, Reacher, and Cross. She will initially work out of Amazon MGM Studios’ headquarters in Culver City, California, before relocating to Prime Video’s London office. Her appointment comes at a time of transition for Amazon MGM’s leadership, following recent executive departures and an expansion of Kelly Day’s role, to whom Clemens will report. This move aligns with Prime Video’s strategy to build on its record year of producing over 140 international original series and movies, aiming to further grow its global audience of over 200 million Prime members.
