Jennifer Grey Recalls Filming Challenges on Red Dawn

The scene, which she had looked forward to as a tender moment amidst the action, was hindered by Swayze's inebriation and lack of familiarity with his lines, resulting in its removal from the film. Grey expressed her frustration at the time, feeling paranoid and self-righteous, especially with her co-stars playing pranks on her. Despite the difficulties, Grey fondly remembered a moment during their screen test for 'Dirty Dancing', where Swayze expressed his regret for his behavior. Their chemistry eventually shone through in their later collaboration, despite the rocky beginnings.
