Boise Cascade Names Rob Johnson SVP Manufacturing Overseeing 18 US Facilities

Boise Cascade has appointed Rob Johnson as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for its Wood Products division, effective June 16, 2025, succeeding Chris Seymour. Johnson will oversee operations at more than 18 manufacturing facilities across the United States and report to Troy Little, Executive Vice President of Wood Products. Since joining Boise Cascade in 2014, Johnson has held various leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Engineered Wood Products, bringing over 20 years of industry experience in manufacturing and distribution. Johnson holds a finance degree from the University of Oregon and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Troy Little expressed confidence in Johnson’s leadership and operational expertise, highlighting his alignment with the company’s values and the positive impact expected on the Wood Products division. This leadership change is viewed as a strategic move to strengthen operational efficiency and support Boise Cascade’s position in the competitive wood products industry.
