TikTok creator Kaelin Bradshaw, 29, died on October 27 after a battle with stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer she had been documenting since her symptoms began in October 2024. Her husband, Austin Bradshaw, confirmed her death in a video posted to her TikTok account, saying she died around 1 a.m., was not in pain and was surrounded by family while holding his hand. Bradshaw, who had nearly 100,000 followers, used social media and a GoFundMe to share updates on her diagnosis and care, including that she entered hospice and at times was ineligible for chemotherapy. Her husband juggled jobs and sold possessions to help cover medical bills and living expenses. Her public journey drew widespread sympathy because cholangiocarcinoma typically affects older adults and is often diagnosed at an advanced stage, making her case uncommon.
