IHG Signs Dual-Brand Kimpton, EVEN Hotels in Jeddah 2034 FIFA Hub

IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Koushan Real Estate Development Company to open two new hotels, Kimpton and EVEN Hotels, in Jeddah's King Abdullah Sports City (KASC), a key site for the 2034 FIFA World Cup. These dual-branded properties are scheduled to open in 2028 and aim to enhance the hospitality landscape in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030. Kimpton Jeddah KASC, with 330 rooms, will serve as a luxury boutique lifestyle hotel featuring distinctive design, specialty restaurants, wellness facilities, and event spaces. EVEN Hotel Jeddah KASC, with 255 rooms, will focus on wellness travel, incorporating in-room fitness zones, health-conscious dining, and recreational amenities. Strategically located with convenient access to the stadium, retail and leisure zones, and King Abdulaziz International Airport, the hotels are designed to attract international sports fans, athletes, wellness-conscious travelers, and business guests. This development signifies IHG's commitment to expanding its luxury and lifestyle footprint in Saudi Arabia ahead of the global spotlight of the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
