Two North Carolina Men Charged Child Sexual Exploitation

Two men in North Carolina have been arrested on multiple charges related to child sexual exploitation following investigations initiated by tips to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Hunter Lee Harrison, 20, from New Hanover County, was arrested for possessing and distributing videos depicting sexual abuse of minors aged 3 to 14 and is held on a $500,000 bond. Separately, Elias Daniel Mongelos Frutos, 24, from Cornelius, surrendered to authorities after a search of his home revealed electronic devices containing child sexual abuse material, resulting in ten counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and a $75,000 bond. Both law enforcement agencies emphasized their commitment to protecting children and encouraged the public to report any information related to child exploitation.
