Al-Nassr Renews Bid for Man Utd's Fernandes
Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has received a renewed transfer approach from Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, following his earlier rejection of a lucrative offer from Al-Hilal this summer. Al-Nassr, led by manager Jorge Jesus and featuring Cristiano Ronaldo, are hopeful their Portuguese connections will help attract Fernandes, despite his desire to play at the highest level in Europe. Fernandes has stated that both Manchester United and coach Ruben Amorim want him to stay and that the club does not need to sell him for financial reasons. Al-Nassr have signed Joao Felix as part of their recruitment drive. While Fernandes remains committed to United and is with the squad for preseason, he has acknowledged that his future could depend on the club's direction and needs. His departure would surprise United fans given his key role and the timing before the new Premier League season.
