River Otter Attacks Child in Kitsap County

On Thursday morning, a river otter attacked a young child at Bremerton Marina in Kitsap County, Washington, pulling the child into the water and biting him. The child's mother managed to rescue him, but the otter continued its aggressive behavior, biting the mother and chasing them as they left the dock. The child was treated for scratches and bites at a local hospital.
