Upon her arrival, Martin was alone and allegedly assaulted her after she attempted to leave. Following the attack, the victim reported the incident to the police and sought medical treatment. Martin, who has pleaded not guilty, faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted and remains suspended without pay from his position.
