Later that evening, she shared the news that Kade was safe and thanked everyone for their support, including the NSW Police. The police had initiated a search after concerns for his well-being were raised, as his disappearance was out of character. Kade's father, James Maloney, is a two-time NRL premiership winner and currently an assistant coach at the North Queensland Cowboys.
