A 27-year-old Valley City man, Torrey Morehouse, was arrested for DUI following a serious motorcycle crash on Saturday night. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. when Morehouse lost control of his motorcycle in the 800 block of 14th Street Southwest, resulting in the motorcycle resting on top of him. He sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Mercy Hospital before being transferred to Essentia Hospital in Fargo. The North Dakota Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash. In a separate incident the same night, 39-year-old Skyler Holub was arrested for DUI after driving the wrong way on Interstate 94 and sideswiping two vehicles. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the other drivers involved in Holub's crash.
