Uruapan Mayor Carlos Manzo Fatally Shot

Carlos Alberto Manzo Rodríguez, the 40-year-old mayor of Uruapan, Michoacán, was fatally shot during a Day of the Dead candlelit event in the city’s historic center after being struck seven times and later dying in hospital.
