Rolling Loud Plans Debut Two-Day Festival India Mumbai

Rolling Loud, the world's largest hip-hop festival, is expanding to India with its first-ever two-day event in Mumbai, produced exclusively in partnership with District by Zomato. The festival aims to celebrate India's booming hip-hop scene by uniting local fans and artists with international superstars, featuring two distinct stages, elaborate production, and cultural activations including food, art, and experiential events. Rolling Loud co-founders Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif emphasized their excitement about building community through hip-hop and introducing global acts to the Indian audience. District by Zomato CEO Rahul Ganjoo highlighted the cultural significance of the festival as a major step in bridging Indian hip-hop with the global stage, calling it a cultural shift and a signal that Indian hip-hop is ready and global. The festival joins Rolling Loud's established events in North America, Australia, Europe, and Thailand, known for star-studded lineups and large attendance.
