Browns Place Dawand Jones on IR, Sign Thayer Munford

Dawand Jones underwent knee surgery after suffering a season-ending injury early in the Browns' Week 3 win over Green Bay and has been placed on injured reserve. Cleveland signed offensive lineman Thayer Munford Jr. off the New England Patriots' practice squad to add depth; Munford, an Ohio State product drafted in 2022, has appeared in 46 NFL games with 18 starts and is expected to serve as a depth piece rather than an immediate starter.
