UT Students Gain Super Bowl LIX Experience in New Orleans

Ten students from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, are set to experience Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans from February 5 to February 10 through the university's Big Orange Combine program. This initiative allows students to gain insights into the collaboration required to organize the event, providing opportunities to network with industry professionals in business, sports, and marketing. Debbie Mackey, a lecturer at UT, emphasized the significance of this experience, stating it is a dream come true for the participants. The Super Bowl, featuring the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, will take place at Caesars Superdome on February 9. This program has been a highlight for UT students over the years, facilitating valuable connections and hands-on learning in a high-stakes environment.
